QUIET, COZY ROOM 1 IN HISTORIC FONDREN!!

Hey there! I'm Tong and welcome to my home! It is conveniently located in the Charming Historic District of Fondren and just a short drive to the new District at Eastover. Tucked away from the awful construction on State street, this place is easily accessible from the interstate and has access to bike/walking paths. The space This is a private bedroom on the 2nd floor. There is a comfy queen-size bed, 850 thread count sheets, and pillows. You will have access to the balcony through french doors in the upstairs rec-room. The room includes a 32-inch smart TV with roku. The upstairs rec-room is open to use and may be shared by another airbnb guest. This bedroom shares a full bathroom in the hallway with one other room. Guest access There is a shared full bath upstairs for you to use as well as a half bath downstairs. The bathroom has been recently touched up, the water pressure is great, and the water is nice and hot. Basic sundries will be available. The kitchen and upstairs rec room are open to use. There is also a set of french doors upstairs that leads to a 60' wide balcony! Please use it! A washer and dryer is available to guests that book for 2 or more days. During your stay Although I am not staying at this house, I will try to be as available as possible. This, this listing will be SELF-CHECK-in. I'll be glad to answer any questions you have as well as advice on places to eat and see.. Other things to note This house is in a great neighborhood! It's extremely safe and has quick access to the walking/bike path on Old Canton. You should walk around our neighborhood and enjoy the charming architecture of Fondren!! This house has stairs and balconies so guests must use care. I am not responsible for any injuries.
