Charming stopover for travelers on the banks of the Loire, by bike, on foot, by car or by train. Wooded garden with terrace overlooking a park. The house has 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a third bedroom with 1 single bed plus a pull-out bed with bed base. Family house located in a pretty village while being in the greenery of the valley. Charm assured! The space The house is located close to shops, a park, a lake where you can swim and the Loire. Fishing, canoeing, cycling or hiking. House with 2 bathrooms (showers, sink, toilet): one on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor. Guest access The house has a garden and two terraces: one upstairs is conducive to rest and relaxation. The one on the bottom has a table and chairs so you can eat there. A lockable workshop can be made available for bicycle storage. Other things to note The house I rent is the one I live in. Guests must therefore adapt and accept the house as it is and respect the personal belongings (books, games, objects...) that make it alive! I like to talk to people before they arrive. I have a very independent cat who doesn't necessarily sleep in the house. I don't allow pets. Noisy parties and other events are not allowed (townhouse). I just ask that the house be left generally clean, in accordance with what can be expected after personal use (sanitary facilities, kitchen in particular). I prefer guests who come with family to rest.
