Warm & comfortable golden stone house

Old farm and winery renovated with simplicity, our house will welcome you for a stay in the countryside, in the heart of Beaujolais and its vineyards. This accommodation is our living space, so it's an inhabited and living space in which you will stay. The space The outdoors are composed of a nice enclosed courtyard, a terrace under a large linden tree, a pleasant garden and a small chicken coop (with three hens). We draw your attention to the fact that it is both a great pleasure but also a commitment to take care (ensure there is water and seeds) and supervise children in the henhouse (two very gentle but a little more fragile dwarf hens, so be vigilant with young children). This care will be rewarded with fresh eggs from Azur, and perhaps from our two dwarf hens Emeraude and Mimi. The ground floor is a large room with a well-equipped open kitchen, a dining room, a play area for children and a small room for the toilet. Upstairs, you will find a comfortable living room, a bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with single beds (high – but possibility to put the mattress on the floor or even both mattresses in the same room) and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is also a toilet upstairs. In the living room, the TV is a video projector connected to a Home Cinema amplifier and an Internet/TV box, so it's more suitable for a movie session. There is no TV set. Guest access Our village has a bakery, a fine restaurant, and lots of charm! You will have all the other necessary shops nearby, 10 minutes by car. On foot, you can discover the vineyards, the forest, and farm animals (donkeys, horses, cows, sheep, etc.). Our house is accessible via Anse train station (12 min drive) and by highway via the A6 exit at Villefranche-sur-Saône (15 min drive). Other things to note If you do not charge a cleaning fee, we ask that you leave the house as clean as you found it (excluding cleaning of bed linen and towels).
