Overlooking Biel

From the guest apartment you have a magnificent view of the city of Biel and Seeland. Leubringen/Evilard is located at the southern foot of the Jura Mountains. The region is a wonderful local recreation area for hiking, biking, jogging – or simply to enjoy. In 10 minutes you can reach the middle of the old town of Biel by cable car, in 5 minutes (by car) you can reach the sports facilities in Magglingen. Guests have their own apartment with bedroom/living room, kitchen and bathroom. The terrace can also be used. The space The building is 100 years old and was a small watch factory (watch springs, balance wheel) until 20 years ago. Later it was completely renovated. The entire ground floor belongs to the guest area. The bathroom area and toilet are located after the entrance in the niche under the old staircase (modern shower, bathtub). A small corridor leads past the kitchen to the bedroom. The spacious room offers a nice view of the city of Biel and (depending on the weather) the Alps. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Dishes, cutlery, pans, etc. are provided. Guest access The entrance to the guest area is via the stairs outside the house via a small forecourt (seating area) to the private entrance. This front door used to be the main entrance to the watch factory. (Attention, access to the house is not wheelchair accessible). During your stay I am happy to help guests with local and regional cultural, excursion and gastronomic tips. Other things to note From the funicular railway, you can walk to the house in 5 minutes. There is also a parking facility. A shed is available for bicycles. Next to the house, a staircase leads to the entrance.
