The apartment is surrounded by pine forest, 800 m from the best beach in Alanya - Incekum beach. If you are looking for a quiet, cozy place with developed infrastructure around, you have found it. We are comfortable to relax, work and just live enjoying the sun, sea and magical coniferous air. The space The 1+1 studio type apartment includes a combined kitchen-living room and bedroom. An apartment with a small balcony, panoramic windows in the living room, a window in the bedroom and stunning views of the forest. The apartment has its own bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary household appliances - fridge, oven, hob, hood, dishwasher and washing machine, electric kettle. Dishes are provided. There is a flat screen TV in the living room, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, as well as its own Wi-Fi router for excellent internet access. Bed linen, towels, cleaning supplies, hair dryer are provided, iron on request. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, the living room has a large sofa bed. Thus, the apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people. For our little guests, a baby cot is available at an extra charge. The apartments are on the 8th floor and are located on the east side, the total area is 38 sq.m. Guest access Guests have access to: a 20*6 m swimming pool with a 3*3 m children's section (available during the swimming season from April to October), a hammam, sauna, Roman steam room, gym, barbecue area, children's playroom, playground and trampoline, billiards, table tennis, electric car rental. All services, except for electric car rental, are included in the price of accommodation. Guests of the complex are provided with a daily free shuttle to the beach (available from 06/01/2023), as well as twice a week to the shops and the market in the center of Avsallar. Other things to note In accordance with the House Rules, smoking in the apartment is prohibited, a fine of 100 EUR will be charged for violation. A damage deposit of 100 EUR is required at check-in and will be refunded in full at check-out after the room has been checked by the administrator. The possibility and conditions of accommodation with pets are discussed individually at the stage of booking the apartment. Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m., check-out time is 1:00 p.m. Please note that electricity and water are paid additionally, according to the meter readings.
