Romantic Getaway with private pool & jacuzzi

Romantic guesthouse with (unheated) private swimming pool, sun terrace, full kitchen and bathroom. All areas are completely private during the booking (including the swimming pool)! The swimming pool is open from mid-April to October 1. @ yourperfectgetaways (insta) The space The guesthouse is an ideal and romantic place to relax in the atmosphere of Ibiza. The unheated swimming pool opens approximately in April and is open until September. An additional fee of EUR 14.50 per day is requested for the use of the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is covered and can be used on rainy days. The accommodation has recently been renovated and equipped with extra insulation and a sliding door for direct access to the garden and swimming pool. There is heating and air conditioning in the bedroom, as well as a heater in the living room and bathroom. The bedroom with patio doors can be reached via the parking lot and is equipped with a double bed with a new double mattress and air conditioning (heating and cooling). The bedroom has a direct view of the living room and the garden. The living room has a flat screen TV (streaming only) and lounge sofa. The dining area has a table and chairs. The kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave / oven and dishwasher. The bathroom has a new shower, toilet and sink for 1 person. Commercial photography and videography is not allowed without written permission! Visitors are not allowed. @ yourperfectgetaways Guest access As a guest you have access to all areas as described. There is a free guest Wi-Fi on site. Other things to note For safety there are cameras present at the entrance and outside in the garden. These are only video cameras (no audio) and are not monitored live. The location is not suitable for babies over 12 months and kindergarten. The maximum number of guests is 2 adults, visitors are not allowed, and parties are also allowed. No pets allowed!
