*Minimum 2 night bookings only sorry!* This home is an ideal place for families these holidays, especially those looking to save on pet accommodation! It's set up for a baby and 2yo i.e. a pram, lots of toys, books, kids’ cutlery, a porta cot, small cot and a bassinet. Front room has a king bed, middle room has a double with a cot and rocking chair and the back room has a queen bed. The space *PLEASE NOTE: This home is available while we are on holidays only in Dec- January* Reviews on this home are from prior to when we lived in it. It is more 'lived in' now i.e. the closets will be full and the pantry will be half full. While this is a single story home there are a number of stairs leading to the front door as the house is on a slope. This does make dragging luggage, prams, etc. up the stairs frustrating and means that it is not wheelchair friendly unfortunately. Walking distance to a park with play equipment (around 100metres down the road) and a beautiful reserve that has kangaroos and wallabies etc. in it. Cafes/Coles etc. around 1km down the road. Pillows: There are a mix of duck down, cotton and latex pillows with a range of soft, medium and firm to suit any of your sleeping needs! Mattresses: one medium-firm king mattress, one medium-firm mattress (double) and a medium queen bed mattress. There is a spare cot mattress in the cupboard which a toddler could also sleep on if you prefer your child to be on the floor instead of in a bed. Pets: unfortunately no cats and only safe pets (no dogs that can kill anyone!!). We would ask that you please feed the fish while we're away, but other than that, just enjoy your stay! Aircon: the “aircon” is evaporative cooling throughout the entire house in every single room except the bathrooms. This keeps the house nice and cool but it doesn’t have that “icy cold” feel that aircon units give so please keep this in mind if you decide to book. Guest access Key box opposite the front door with a code for access. Other things to note Unless your dogs don't bark at night, please have them sleep in the laundry. There are two dog beds - one for a medium/small dog and one for a larger one.
