Enjoy life in this peaceful, centrally-located place. A new room on the 2nd floor. The room has a queen-size box-spring bed 1.40 x 2.00 m with a swiveling TV. The adjoining bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and modern design. The hallway and the shared kitchen on this 2nd floor can also be used for cozy hours. Parking is available on site free of charge. Smoking is not permitted throughout the house and in the rooms. The space The room has a box spring bed 1.40 x 2.00 m in size and a corridor to the bathroom. Smoking is not allowed in the entire house. Guest access The hallway and kitchen are shared with other guests. During your stay I am available to you via the Airbnb platform. Other things to note No smoking inside the apartment and in the stairwell. Our accommodation is located in the middle of the old town, very quiet yet central. If you are arriving by car, turn into Seilergasse and about 20 m to the right is the courtyard entrance. Then you can park your car on the right.
