Walking trail leading to Falls & Perrine Bridge 5 minute walk! 15+ Restaurants, Costco, Target, Grocery Store, Coffee & Shopping within 5 minute drive. AMAZING location for experiencing all Twin Falls has to offer. The space You'll find our place to be light, bright & airy as soon as you step inside. The central Heat & AC will help keep you perfectly comfortable during your stay. Our TV allows guests to log into their own subscription services and will automatically log you out at your selected time. We provide basic coffee supplies for your morning brew. The bedroom features 1 queen bed and 1 high-quality twin size rollaway bed is stored in the studio and available for use as well. The washer & dryer inside the unit are sure to be extra helpful, we include supplies for a couple loads during your visit. We have a play & pack for infants available in the studio for guest use. The studio is located in a small cul-de-sac and the very spacious parking area keeps your vehicle tucked safely far off the road (please no trailers). We also have a motion activated ring light with an exterior camera that monitors and records movement in the parking area for added peace of mind for our guests and their vehicles. Our location is just about as convenient as it gets for I-84 travelers while still being in a private and safe newer subdivision. An EV charging station for electric vehicles is just a 3 minute drive away, located at the Twin Falls visitor center near the Perrine Bridge. Within a 5 minute drive you'll find over 15 restaurants, a grocery store, multiple shopping centers, Target, Costco, coffee shops, and gas stations. Walmart is just under 10 minutes away. Our studio is connected to our own private home. Guests may occasionally hear children playing, but we try to keep things pretty quiet. Many guests have complimented how quiet and enjoyable their stay has been and how much they enjoyed the neighborhood. Guest access Our studio features its own small outdoor patio accessed through the rear entrance. Guests can enjoy their morning cup of coffee outside. Please note there are no grassy areas available for guest use. Private parking for 1 vehicle - no trailers. Other things to note Visit the Perrine Bridge and you'll likely catch some base jumpers in action. The Evel Knievel Jump site can be accessed via the walking trail that is just a few minutes walk from the studio. If you enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding then you'll be in a prime location at our studio. We are about a 10 minute drive down into the canyon where you'll find a kiosk that rents kayaks and paddle boards during the warm months. We have found our neighborhood to be very safe and quiet, however, to promote peace of mind for our guests we have a motion detecting ring light with an exterior camera that will record when movement is detected to help protect guest vehicles just in case. We do not allow pets at our place. Also, no smoking or vaping in our studio. Private parking for 1 vehicle. No trailers.
