Super central and clean hideaway in N.E. Portland's Irvington/Lloyd Center neighborhood. This cozy apartment lives under our brownstone home, with it's own entrance, free wifi, queen bed, washer/dryer and kitchen appliances. Street parking is easy, no restrictions or permits required! We have many guests in town to attend an event at the convention or the Moda Center, if that’s you, we are under one mile from both, and three blocks from the bus that takes you there! The space The apartment and little patio were constructed in the summer of 2013 and provide everything you'll need for a stay in Portland. Other things to note *Please note that the apartment is beneath our home and although the construction is solid and newer, you will no doubt hear the daytime foot steps and family goings on above. It's important information to consider if you are sensitive to sound. Thank you! * This apartment does not have a television, bring your computer, tablet or phone :) *We like to accommodate early check ins and late check outs when possible, however we cannot offer this option in the busy months of May-September. We are lucky to be booked solid during the summer and need that bit of time to make sure the apartment is fully clean and ready for our next guests.
