All rooms inside the main house have TV's, private baths, coffee makers. No children, pets or smoking allowed inside main house. Walking distance to many fine restaurants downtown and Depot Park in a quiet, safe neighborhood. This historic house was restored in 1991 and the owners live onsite. Breakfast is not a part of your stay. We are license and inspected. The owners live onsite to assure your stay is enjoyable. The space Our Bed and Breakfast is housed in one of Gainesville's oldest homes. The history of the home dates back to some of the town's most influential residents so when you stay here you truly are a part of history. We are also centrally located to some of the best eating and nightlife spots in town. Each room has been thoughtfully decorated with all of the modern amenities and classic charm. Guest access Guests will have access to the living room, dining room and all common areas of the home as well as the backyard and gardens. Each room is private with its own key, a private bathroom and sitting area. Other things to note Our Bed and Breakfast has five rooms and nine cottages so other guests will be milling about. Each area is private though to provide whatever atmosphere you'd like for your stay.
