Hello :) Students and Tourists are all welcome The location of our accommodation is preferred for any purpose of stay(long & short) This is a room of a guesthouse 1 min away from the Subway Station on foot Renovated guesthouse from a former traditional Korean Hanok: Clean, Convenient & Comfortable Facilities Located in a Safe Area near the City Center. Neat & well-managed Rooms & Environment(Bed sheet to be changed every arrival) All rooms have a private restroom/shower(w/toiletries). The space Single bedroom with private bathroom, shared kitchen and washing machine are available. For long-term accommodation, we provide cleaning service every once a week. There is also dining table space for dining or personal work in the common area. Guest access Communal Kitchen is available with dishes, silverware, and basic cooking equipment. Towels are freshly washed daily and equipped common area, so you use them if needed. Recycling, general waste, and food waste must be separated into the common area. We dispose of them every day for a clean and pleasant environment. There will be no extra charge for water, electricity, etc. unless any damage or loss of accommodation property Other things to note ※Children under 10 years old are not accommodated.
