PLEASE NOTE: -As the space evolves as an Airbnb, I constantly make improvements and design changes. -There is no dishwasher in this unit. -The shower isn't what I would consider luxurious, but it is clean and functional. See photo. -The king bed is a split king with adjustable bases. There is a shared outdoor lounge area and yard space with a picnic table and grill. Make yourself at home! We are very social and carefree so don't be afraid to crack a cold one and get to know us! My mother Kelly currently stays in the downstairs unit and I am readily available for questions by phone or text. We always try our best to respect ours guests privacy and prefer to handle any issues as they arise. At the Silver Beach Funhouse it's all about having a good time and enjoying the sun :) The neighborhood below the bluff is small so rentals like this are rare! The people here are very freindly and social. This is a very safe place to be at all times of the day. Walking or biking is the best way to do it. Bike rentals are available. We will provide up to two parking spots. There is also free parking on the street(only park overnight on weekends) and a pay-to-park lot about a block away, next to the Whirlpool Compass Fountain. This house consists of two units: Upstairs(this unit) and downstairs. Whole house rental is an option if dates are available on both listings. I recommend doing this as early as possible(up to 1 year in advance), as this property is usually fully booked.
