On the corridor outside the apartment, you are allowed to smoke. Other things to note ★ All windows are facing the Alkotas road. ★ The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historical brick building (there is an elevator in the building but there are a few steps to approach it). ★If you need baby amenities (such as a travel crib, high chair, plastic dinnerware, etc.), please let us know 1-2 days before arrival. For baby-specific bedding items like blankets, pillows, or linens, we kindly ask that you bring your own. ★ For stays longer than 28 days we offer free midterm cleaning and change of linens. Upon request for a surcharge, this is available as often as you prefer. ★Please note: While we use Airbnb’s automated messaging for routine messages, we will personally respond to your specific questions or requests as soon as possible. ★We provide everything you need including bed linens, fresh towels, basic kitchenware and a starter kit of items such as coffee, toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo to get you started comfortably. If you need more during your stay, you can purchase additional supplies locally. ★Our default sleeping arrangement is 2 people in 1 bed (with separate duvets). We don’t judge or make assumptions about the nature of your relationship, so if you’d prefer a different setup (such as separate beds, if available), please let us know when booking. ★The building is an original brick building, which is 100+ years old.
