Just down the street from our other property, Bonanza. Great deck with propane Weber grill. Sleeps 8 with downstairs room having a Queen bed, upstairs bedroom with a Queen and one Twin, 2nd upstairs room with a Queen and 2 Twins. 2 full bathrooms, one on each level. Living area with TV/DVD, fully-equipped kitchen, and dining area for 8 people. Sorry, no long distance phone service, but internet is included! An added convenience of a 2-car garage, which is great during the winter months. Parking is limited to 4 spaces. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing. Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time.
