Very woodsy neighborhood, house backing up to greenbelt with the Granlibakken ridge and ski trail to Paige Meadows just behind. The back yard is perfect for sledding! Just down the street from our other property, Bonanza. Great deck with propane Weber grill. Sleeps 8 with downstairs room having a Queen bed, upstairs bedroom with a Queen and one Twin, 2nd upstairs room with a Queen and 2 Twins. 2 full bathrooms, one on each level. Living area with TV/DVD, fully-equipped kitchen, and dining area for 8 people. Sorry, no long distance phone service, but internet is included! An added convenience of a 2-car garage, which is great during the winter months. Parking is limited to 4 spaces. Charcoal grills are banned in our area. - Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October) - Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included - Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items - We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays - For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog. - Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing. Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round. FAQ Is there a grill? Yes—a propane Weber grill is provided.
