Separate Office (2nd bedroom set up as office). Kitchen equipped with cookware and basics, ready for living and cooking. Deck with bay, islands, and sunset views. Washer/Dryer in unit. One dedicated garage parking space in secure garage. Two elevators in the 5 story building. A pet may be allowed with pre-approval and discussion (breed, size, age).
