Description

Built in 1835, this historical home on the West End is just steps from the best eateries, arts and shopping the city has to offer. When you arrive, park your car in your private spot behind the house and forget about it for a while. This cozy second-floor apartment is the perfect place for a getaway! The space -There is not a full kitchen in this studio apartment. I have instead assembled a small kitchenette. (See photos.) There you will have a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, small fridge, and water dispenser. The kitchenette area has been stocked with glasses, coffee cups, plates, bowls & cutlery, etc. Coffee, tea, and honey will be provided. -In the summertime, you have your own rooftop garden and sitting area. There are little steps leading out to it through the large window. If you have any mobility issues, it may be a bit of a challenge, so please enjoy it at your discretion! Other things to note Often there are 8 to 10 guests staying at Park Street. Please kindly conserve hot water, (especially in the mornings) so that all guests have access. If it does run cold, the heater is very efficient and will heat back up pretty quickly. *Thank you for understanding!
