Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A few minutes' drive to catch the colors of sunset at the famous Tondaligan beach and park. A pilgrimage to the Minor Basilica of Manaoag is just 35 minutes' drive. Newly built apartment building houses the studio unit we are renting out. Clean and spacious room defines the comfort we are offering our guests. We provide basic kitchen wares and dining utensils if you wish to cook your own food. The space Jora Residences studio apartment units can comfortably accommodate small family of 4 persons ( up to even 5 if need be). 1 Queen bed for 2 pax 1 pull out bed for 1 pax floor mattresses for extra Guest access There’s a “kubo” to chill at over a cup of coffee or for outdoor dining. Outdoor grill facility is available for guests. Needs prior request though for preparation. During your stay We accept late bookings but we request for at least an hour to finalize preparation of the unit. To ensure freshness of our beddings, we install them at least an hour before our guests arrive. We are also open to late check in, but this has to be arranged for proper coordination. Guests can always call or txt 24 hours for assistance. Other things to note For the first time traveler to DAGUPAN CITY, Waze is of great help to navigate the city. For those traveling by bus, TAXI is the most comfortable mode of transport, though in Dagupan taxi has to be booked via phone. Phone numbers are to be provided by your host. Jeepneys and tricycle are the most common mode of transportation in almost all city locations. While public transportation is easy and available around the city , please note that most of the public transport vehicles knock off by 8PM. After 8PM you need to make use of your good negotiation skills to get a bargain price of a tricycle ride to your destination ( the only available public transport by then).
