Boater's Dream Cottage Newly renovated 3 bedroom cottage on Chicken Island in Port Franks. Private dock near mouth of river and only 5 min. walk to one of the most beautiful sand beaches in Ontario. It sleeps 9 with 3 queen bedrooms and 1 queen pullout couch in the living room. Clean bedding provided,BBQ Fire pit, view of marina and boats from the porch. Parking is on the Marina side and a quick boat ride across the river lands you on your dock on the Island. We have High Speed internet. The space This Cottage is perfect for Families that love nature and quiet surroundings. Clean bedding, pillows, towels all provided and there is also a washer and dryer. If you own a boat then this is perfect with a dock right out your front door. Only a 5 minute walk to the sandy private beach.We have high speed internet, fire pit, dishwasher and laundry and propane BBQ. There is also the peddle boat and canoe for the guests to use. Guest access This is a boat access only cottage. Parking is at the Port Franks Marina and is free for the first car. We have a pontoon boat to shuttle you back and forth from the cottage to your vehicle from 7:00am to 11pm every day. Other things to note We require the guests to wash linens and towels that are used at the end of their stay and leave the place clean just as they found it when they arrived.
