Casa Avana 2BR Villa

We are located around 3km from Ubud Central, our villa is surrounded by rice field and mountain view, with NO CAR access It's perfect for nature lover, open-minded people, explorer, and adventurer. Few things need to consider, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: So close to nature, you'll meet lizards, frogs, bees, fireflies, snails, dragon flies and other insects/bugs. Spiders/bugs often come inside the room, but we always try our best to clean them up If you can't find opening date, please send inquiry. The space Our villa is located 300 meter from the main road, isolated in a rice field with a peaceful ambience. Since we have no car access, you need to walk through dirt road path- it is quite an adventure for some people. Both rooms are located on the second floor, our room is not big (5.1m length x 3m width or 16 x 9 ft), but enough to comfort you while enjoying the rice field through the big window. Each room has en-suite bathroom, and a queen bed (180 x 200 cm) with AC. We also provide bug spray and electric mosquito repellent (please ask our butler if you can't find them in the room). You might need EARPLUGS to help you sleeping in, FROG noises can be so loud in the evening. We also have 2 cats in the house We are not a hotel so we don’t provide 24/7 service, our staff only available from 8am to 5pm. Please inform us your time of arrival to the villa, especially if you need help carrying your belongings. We have a 3x7m pool (9 Ft 10 inch x 22 ft 11 inch) facing to the rice field and the garden. We don’t provide extra bed. Our kitchen/dining area is free to use. We have standard kitchen utensils for simple cooking. Feel free to cook during your stay. Guest access You can use the entire space in the villa. We have WiFi connection but do not expect high speed connection since we are in the middle of rice paddies. user : casa avana password : Avana2017 Other things to note Location Our modern home is located less than 10 minutes (with no traffic) motorbike from Ubud's hot spot; Pengosekan Rd (The Yoga Barn), Hanoman Rd (Kebun Bistro), Ubud Main Road (Palace area), and there's a short walk from the main road of Goa Gajah to the house, around 300 meter (less than 8 mins). You will walk through the rice field path/dirt road, passing Tanah Gajah Resort. During the rainy season, the path can be a little bit muddy and slippery. We do NOT have CAR Access, I would recommend to have a driver drop you off. But we do have a small car park around 330 meter from the villa. If you're an experienced motorbike driver, you can ride motorbikes through this path, if not I would suggest to walk all the way. Where to eat Jalan Raya Goa Gajah has amazing list of restaurants, from Kedai De Sawah, Padang restaurants, Warung Hana, Warung Janggar Ulam, Suckling pig ibu Ary, Bebek Tepi Sawah etc.
