Property contains both US and UK electrical sockets as well as high speed fibre internet. Rent an Entire home or 1-3 rooms, each room with a locking key. The space Newly fitted screen windows in all rooms with wood tile flooring throughout. Red Room - Freshly painted Double Bedroom with open plan wardrobe/closet. Double chest of drawers, beside table, wind machine fan, and 15” television. Blue Room - Freshly Painted Single Bedroom with open plan wardrobe/closet, chest of drawers, bedside table and trash bin. Orange Room - Freshly Painted Single Bedroom with chest of drawers, bedside table, and trash bin. Living / Dining Room - Dining Table, x2 Dining Chairs, Standing Fan, 3 seater sofa and single chaise armchair, 65” inch TV with high-speed fiber broadband internet. Apps on TV for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, and Apple TV but require your own subscription and log-in. Kitchen - Freshly painted (2024) and Newly fitted kitchen with gas oven, large family size fridge freezer, kitchenware, kettle, toaster, microwave and food processor/blender in cupboard. Bathroom - Standing electric shower, toilet, and hand basin, cupboard below sink with useable amenities. Patio - 2023 BRAND NEW Top loading twin tub washing machine and x2 porch chairs. PLEASE NOTE: 1. A minimum 3-night stay is required for the Internet to be connected. 2. AirBnB guests using electrical devices/ machines should ensure they are left in the same condition as found and in working order. We will ensure we check all electrical equipment before arrival and on departure. 3. Montserrat is a Caribbean Island where animals such as Roosters can be heard crowing, the roosters are wild and NOT owned, nor placed near the property by me. Parking is available however it is on the steep driveway/entrance to the house. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: 1. The 4th bedroom accessible from the porch is kept by myself and is not accessible or for rent through AirBnB. 2. Below the house is a separate self-contained 1 bedroom apartment which is currently let to a lovely long term tenant. 3. A minimum 3-night stay is required for the Internet to be connected. 4.
