It is about 10 to 20 minutes from major freeways, eateries and wonderful shopping. DESCRIPTION: A home that is SEPERATED into 2 AREAS. Permanent tenants lives in the other side of the house with a private entrance. You will stay in a one bedroom downstairs with a converted space with a private entrance. WHAT TO EXPECT: A space in this home was converted into a private, comfortable and peaceful suite. It was constructed, renovated and opened into an open concept living area, dining, semi kitchen and a washer and dryer. That means you will have a seperate bedroom for sleeping and a living area that will serve as a living room, dining/work space, kitchen, and laundry spot. SIZE AND SCENERY The whole combine space is about 800 square feet. It comes with a large walk in closet, a cute walk in shower and toilet. Or you can take a walk to the park in front of the house.
