Not suitable for children. The space With more than 2,500 square feet of living space with vaulted ceilings and modern comforts you'll feel right at home. Bedding and towels are included along with a fully equipped kitchen with gas burners and oven, TV with Amazon Prime video access, as well as wifi internet, a gas fireplace and central heat and air that are each thermostat-controlled. Cell phone reception is best for AT&T and Verizon, but other providers get reception as well. Guest access You have access to the house and yard including the washer and dryer in the hallway and dishwasher in the kitchen. Only the garage and one of the closets in the master bedroom are not accessible to guests as well as some cabinets and drawers that have my personal belongings in them. Please note this is my home and not an investment property purchased to rent out, so it will not be staged and devoid of personal effects. Please treat it gently and with respect. Other things to note Please treat my home as if it were your own. This is the house where I live and a lot of work and attention to detail was put into building this custom home that is only three years old. Please leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. Feel free to park in the drive-way in front or on the side when weather permits. The garage is locked and will not be accessible. Winter advisories: In winter months it is advised to watch the weather report. The house is above the snowline at 4,000 ft. and sometimes the freeway will be closed or require chains and/or four-wheeled drive vehicles at the exit or even before on Highway 50. If there is snow on the ground or if it is predicted to snow, you must park at the bottom of the driveway for your safety and walk up to the house. The driveway is steep and slippery when there is ice or snow present and there is a drop off to one side creating a hazardous situation. If it has snowed before your arrival, there will be a space cleared for you on the driveway large enough to accommodate two small cars and there will also be a snow shovel and de-icer on the side of the garage so you can maintain it as needed during your stay. Be aware, your vehicle(s) must remain in the driveway off the road. If you park on the road when a snow plow comes through you may be towed. When you book a winter reservation, you are acknowledging these limitations and are taking responsibility both for your safety and any potential loss or damage to property resulting from non-adherence to this policy.
