The 2 main bed rooms have direct access to a private patio and the pool area. The 3rd bed room has a private patio and access to the garden. All bed rooms have a spacious and luxurious bath room. The house is well ventilated and offers plenty of shade. The large rooms and high ceilings create an airy and cool interior. The masterbedroom has airconditioning. The dining place overlooks the pool, decks and has a direct view at the ocean. Sunsets are invariably beautiful, you can see them directly from your private deck. The evenings are enchanting. The lights of the pool create a beautiful backdrop on the patio and dining area. 4 hours housekeepingservices are included. You can ask for extra services like daily cooking and shopping for groceries. Guest access The house (except the deposito-area) is available for you as our guests. It has a beautiful Portuguese style kichen with all you need for your daily cooking. The kitchen floor is handmade by a craftsman from the northern highlands of Cajamarca. The living room has a view on the patio and ocean. We have direct TV but you can also use the HDMI cable to project your computer images on the TV screen. We also offer you VHS equipment and a wide range of movies to watch. The wifi in the house is good through 2 Entel modems. The passwords will be given to you by the housekeeper. The house has 2 main bed rooms each with a kingsize bed, a private patio with the ocean front view, a walk-in closet and a luxurious bath room. The third bedroom has 2 single beds which can be put together as a kingsize bed as well. This room has a private patio with a view on the garden. All private bath rooms are luxurious and have a rain shower as well as a hand shower. All bed rooms have lots of room to store your clothes and also sets of drawers for other items The 2 main rooms have extra tables and chairs to provide space for office work or hobbies. The entire house has marmol floors which give a special touch to the already subtle ambiance. Your car can be placed under the car port within the walls of our property. Other things to note The Playa Grande beach has its own security system including a night guard patrolling the premises with a flashlight. We always sleep with the patio doors open and only the musquito doors closed. The entrance of Playa Grande has its own security person 24/7 and is connected with the individual owners. The community and beach area are very peaceful and secure. In case of medical problems we have a family doctor based in a private medical clinic in Los Organos who could make home visits. The clinic is linked up with ambulance services to Talara or Piura.
