Old stone house, warm, with a large garden enclosed by walls adjoining the Château de Cairon. Unheated and secure pool, usable only in summer. The house is 7 km from the Memorial, 9 km from Caen center and 13 km from the beaches. Warning! There are several levels in the house with steps. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor are attic rooms and the kitchen has a low ceiling. this is our main residence, which is why we ask you to take care of it. The space The house comprises: Ground floor: entrance, living room (30 m2) dining room (20 m2) kitchen with low ceiling. 1st Floor: 1 bedroom with shower room (25 m2) bathroom. Toilet, sink 2nd Fl: 1 attic bedroom with 1 single bed 1 attic bedroom with double bed that can accommodate a couple. 1 attic bedroom with double bed, preferable for a single person. Guest access The entire accommodation, garden and pool are accessible only to guests. Access to the garage for washing machine, dryer and freezer. Other things to note Beds made on arrival. We leave you dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, garbage bag, paper towels, laundry detergent, tea towels, shower towels, hair dryer, barbecue, salt, pepper, spices... Toys available for children.
