Located in the Minden hills, the property has a beautiful feel like you are a long way from the the city yet it is not far from shopping, restaurants and the beach. Five minute drive to a local café, petrol station, Four square and gift shops. 10 minutes to Bethlehem Shopping Centre with a supermarket and a wide range of shopping outlets and eateries. 15 minutes to Tauranga Centre, and 20 minute drive to Mount Manganui and Beaches. Two minutes drive to the bottom of Minden Road is a hub- Te Puna Delicatessen selling Artisan cured meats, Sourdough breads, Cheeses and other specialty goodies. There is a seating area to enjoy a great coffee and a pastry. There is a couple of bottle stores, a boutique Butchery, takeaway providing pizza, burgers, chicken wings and more for ease of not having to cook.
