The two-room Violetta apartment is the ideal solution for families with children and couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday overlooking Lake Molveno. Guests can admire the surrounding landscape and the lake from a large balcony. A few meters from the Pineta Residence there is a free shuttle bus stop (summer service) that leads to the Molveno Lido. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom with separable beds and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a kitchen with a living room (complete with appliances, dishes, kitchen linen) and a sofa bed, and a balcony. Amenities include: wifi, kettle, dishwasher and satellite TV with 6 Sky channels (available from mid-June to mid-September). A free indoor parking space for a car/motorcycle is available. The apartment is located on the second floor of the Residenza Pineta, in which there are several services that can be used free of charge by guests, for example: laundry-ironing room (paid tokens). Guest access The Violetta apartment is on the second floor and can be reached via the internal elevator. Guests can take advantage of the services of the Residenza Pineta Apartments, including: laundry - ironing room (paid tokens), ski storage, outdoor children's play area, bike storage, ping pong, table football, covered car/motorcycle parking in the garage. Other things to note Rates include bed linen and kitchen towels, utilities and final cleaning. Towels are available on request and for a fee: €5 per person per change. The accommodation tax is an extra amount (€1.00 per person per night; children under 14 years of age are exempt). It must be paid on site.
