Open living area has a large TV and stereo, large dining room seats six and bars seat another 7 people nicely. High ceilings on main floor and main master, with skylights throughout house. Fully stocked kitchen has two Sub Zeros, plenty of pots, pans, utensils, silverware, plates, glasses, spices and dish towels, gas range, oven, microwave and two sinks. Walk in pantry. Nice desk area in kitchen with office supplies and a half bath nearby. Two masters, with walk in closets and jacuzzi off main master with ski mountain views, both have 2 sinks and large tubs in bathrooms. Extra queens (2 inflatable) sleeping available in lower room, or can be used in upper master. Twin rollaway with memory foam available for master (fits well in a master closet which is quite large with a window). Wi-Fi and premium cable TV throughout home. Hairdryers, shampoo, soaps and plenty of amenities are available. Books located in the desk cabinets. Easy walk to grocery store (8 min) and to gondola area (12 min). Bus runs at end of Park Ave and 82. (2 minute walk from house) and Aspen has a great taxi service and a few Ubers. A spacious and comfortable home not to miss! *** Guests will be charged $45 per guest per day over 8 people. Dogs two years old and older welcome for $50 per dog per day starting limit 3 dogs. A great house for your ski vacation or Aspen visit any time of year. 3-4 designated parking spots at the house, depending on size of vehicle. Additional parking available at the nearby Rio Grande garage. Please do not park in other areas of the neighborhood or walk on private property. Please email with any questions! Our house manager is available to help if needed, and will meet you upon arrival if requested. We are a 8 minute walk to City Market Grocery store from Robinson Road. One can also take the nature trail behind the house, which heads toward town. City bus stops at the end of street, taxis and uber are also available. (We have fast and punctual housekeepers!) Aspen and Colorado taxes will be applied nightly unless rental exceeds 30 days. If you would like groceries delivered, City Market and Clark's are on Instacart.
