Our country house is a new construction that refers to the oldest buildings in the region. It has a unique and quirky style as it unites rustic and sophisticated features. The richness of detail in the decor is perceived in every corner of the residence, all designed with great affection, taking guests on a trip back in time. The house has a large outdoor leisure area, associated with a peteca field and an orchard with a huge variety of fruits. The space In our orchard we find various fruits such as graviola, jabuticaba, gravaia, orange, mango, marijuana, avocado, peach, acerola, plum and boysenberry, all organically cultivated. We have a small vegetable garden with several teas and some spices. And also cultivated and wild flowers that are an extra attraction of the place. We do everything we can to live in harmony with nature, respecting the environment and enabling some peculiarities for guests, such as food made from the wood stove, coffee harvested on site and fresh ground, handmade cachaça tasting and jabuticaba liqueur. This accommodation has the presence of the host to provide greater comfort and convenience to guests, who will not need to worry about cleaning the house and preparing meals. Including the possibility of typical farm foods, such as country chicken, kennel and kale made on the wood stove. We also have a clay oven for pizzas making (to be arranged with the guest). The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 of them, none of them is an en-suite. The bathrooms are next to the bedrooms. One particularity of the interior rooms is that they open from the ceiling to each other (the wall can't be found on the roof). Which can bring a certain discomfort in privacy. The bathroom is fully enclosed. Guest access We have available a corral with dairy cattle where it is possible to drink milk at the foot of the cow, know the whole process of milk withdrawal, which can be a great attraction for children. The property has a handmade still, where the entire process can be presented, including garapa, cane and cachaça tasting. In the back there is a large forest that allows the occasional visualization of tamarins, butterflies, capybara, tiú, armadillo, jacu, skunk, seriema and several birds. Another attraction of the property are horseback riding and a beautiful mini pony, Pipoquinha. The place allows sports fishing, delicious bike tours and also ecological trails, including beautiful waterfalls, at a distance of 1.8km. The basics of cooking such as salt, sugar, coffee, spices, and lard are local courtesies. All the water that supplies the house comes from a source of the property and therefore the house water is potable. If you prefer, there is also a clay filter in the kitchen -Bed linens, towels and pillows are provided. Other things to note We are reasonably located near the city, it is 23km, of these 13km are dirt road. So I suggest that you program well when it comes to food supplies, beverages and medicines because the trajectory may not be so practical. In addition, weather conditions such as rain and drought (dust) may not favor the route. Low (normal) vehicles run easily if it's not in rainy season.
