Our country house is a new building that references the oldest buildings in the region. It has a unique and peculiar style because it combines rustic and sophisticated features. The richness of details in the decor is perceived in every corner of the residence, all thought out with great affection, taking guests on a journey through time. The house has a large outdoor leisure area, associated with a shuttlecock court and an orchard with a huge variety of fruits. The space In our space we find various fruits such as: graviola, jabuticaba, uvaia, mango, tangerine, avocado, peach, acerola and plum, all grown organically. We have a small vegetable garden with various teas and some spices. And also cultivated and wild flowers that are an added attraction of the place. We do everything possible to live in harmony with nature, respecting the environment and offering guests some special treats, such as food cooked on a wood-burning stove, locally harvested and freshly ground coffee, and tasting of artisanal cachaça and jabuticaba liqueur. This lodging has the presence of the hostess to provide greater comfort and convenience to guests, who will not have to worry about cleaning the house and preparing meals. Including the possibility of typical country foods, such as free-range chicken, angu with cabbage and feijoada made on the wood stove. We also have a clay oven for preparing pizzas (to be arranged with the guest). The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is external, none of them are en-suites. The bathrooms are next to the bedrooms. A peculiarity of the inner rooms is that they are open to the ceiling between them (the wall does not meet the roof). This can cause some discomfort in terms of privacy. The bathroom is fully enclosed. Guest access We have a corral with dairy cattle where you can drink milk at the foot of the cow, learn about the entire milking process, which can be a great attraction for children. At the back there is a large forest that allows the occasional viewing of tamarins, butterflies, capybara, tegu, armadillo, guan, possum, seriema and several birds. Another attraction of the property is horseback riding. The place allows for sport fishing, delightful bike rides and also ecological trails, including beautiful waterfalls, at a distance of 1.8 km. Notes - In this native forest, in addition to being possible to observe several wild animals, it is also possible to see some insects, geckos, frogs, and bats that may not please everyone. - We kindly ask you not to smoke inside the house, we prefer to keep the environment natural and nicotine-free. Illicit drugs are not welcome. -Breakfast and meal preparation are included in this package. For other meals, guests must bring all the supplies and ingredients they will need, including beverages. Or arrange ready-made dishes with the host. -Basic kitchen items such as salt, sugar, coffee, spices and lard are provided as a courtesy. - All the water that supplies the house comes from a spring on the property and therefore, the water in the house is potable. If you prefer, there is also a clay filter in the kitchen. -Bed linen, towels and pillows are provided. Other things to note We are located reasonably close to the city, 23 km, of which 8 km are dirt road. So I suggest you plan well when it comes to food, beverages and medicines because the route may not be so practical. In addition, weather conditions such as rain and drought (dust) may not favor the route. Low (normal) vehicles run easily if it is not in the rainy season.
