The space This sunny and quiet room has been just re-painted and renovated - it has new vinyl flooring and a spacious wardrobe. Guest access The Shared dedicated area in the den area has a table, dishes, cups, utensils, coffee maker, small fridge, and bottled water, tea, and coffee where guests can prepare snacks and meals Private car parking space. Other things to note We will be delighted to have you stay at our new residence, located in a quiet, very safe cul-de-sac. This charming and quiet room with a queen bed offers an excellent retreat for working professionals or shorter-term visitors. You will share our private space with other guests—mostly working and visiting professionals who enjoy quiet rest after a busy day. So, we would like to ask you to be courteous and respectful while staying here, and to meet your guests or friends elsewhere. We use a professional cleaning service to clean our rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and other common areas of the house. Our cleaners come every 2nd Thursday around noon and replace bed sheets and bathroom towels, and replenish soap, toilet paper, and other cleaning accessories. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at our place.
