The space This cozy little one-room cottage is in the backyard of our family house. The space is a single room which has a double sized bed, dresser, armoire, side board and wooden table with 2 chairs. There’s also a small fridge, microwave, electric kettle, kitchen sink, dining basics (no stove or oven). There’s a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. We provide the WiFi, and TV with cords for you to plug in your device to watch your streaming service. Guest access The cottage has an entrance that’s separate from and not connected to the main house. The backyard is shared space. Other things to note The guesthouse is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood so your consideration is appreciated.
