We offer you a brand new apartment in the most exclusive area of Barranco. A few steps away from the best beaches where you can spend a few days of relaxation. Enjoy your stay here in an apartment in a modern, bright, and award-winning building by the (NAHB). The space Our apartment is one of the few that has a portable heater for the winter, as well as WIFI, 2 TVs: a 58” Crystal 4K TV (living room) and a 50” Crystal 4K TV (master bedroom), a hot water heater, a washer/dryer, an iron, a hair dryer, many towels, bathrobes and slippers for the apartment, board games and also beach accessories such as an umbrella, chairs and towels for the beach. Our hygiene kit for the current pandemic is equipped with alcohol, bleach, gloves, shoe covers, detergent, and laundry soap. Our fully-equipped kitchen has an electric stove/oven, all kitchen utensils, a large refrigerator, a microwave, a blender, a rice cooker, a coffee maker, a sandwich maker, an electric kettle, and some basic cooking foods. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a vanity with lights, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a shower and mirror. It has 2 double sofa beds in the living room and a second bedroom. IF YOU HAVE A CAR AND NEED A GARAGE, IT IS WITH PRIOR CONSULTATION AND RESERVATION. Guest access The apartment is for your exclusive use (couples, families, or friends). The building has common areas such as: - A swimming pool with panoramic ocean view on the 22nd floor (for stays of at least 2 nights) -Terrace/Grill area -A yoga room -Bar Room -A work area - A gourmet salon -Lobby *Some areas are only available for rent for stays of at least 1 week * We recommend notifying the front desk or us before using any area to control capacity and have a better order. USE OF THE PARKING is with prior coordination and reservation with payment. Visitor entry is with prior coordination, only 1 to 2 people are accepted as visitors. Full details will be requested, the visitor can only enter the apartment for a maximum of 2 hours. Visitors are only allowed until 10 pm. Other things to note My family and I will be ready to assist and guide you 24/7 to ensure you have a relaxing stay. For your convenience, you will also find personal hygiene items such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper in the apartment. You'll also have a kitchen with basic food for your consumption waiting for you when you arrive at the apartment.
