My place is located at the North West of Lome near the West African Catholic University, in an area called Zanguera which is safe and convenient to access. You’ll love my place because of the high speed internet, its nice decoration, the 4 rooms with air conditioner, the 5 bathrooms, the hot shower, the 2 terraces, the office with a computer available for guests, the large kitchen which is great for families, groups and private parties. It is spacious, new, clean and well taken care of. The space This is a full 3 floors house rented as a whole, so pricing is very competitive and should not be compared to renting single rooms or 1 bed room apartments. There is nobody else living with you in the house except a watchman in separate quarters behind the house. Four large rooms, each with their own toilets, new construction, 50-inch flat screen TV, large living room and dining space. There is one large kitchen at the ground floor with all required amenities. Hot water is available in the showers. There are two terraces, one at the first floor, the second one at the top of the house, where you can enjoy open space and the view over Zanguera. If you plan to work during your stay, you will certainly love the office at the first floor, which has its own air conditioner, and comes with a modern desk and chair, as well as a desktop computer available for guests to use. Of course you can use your own laptop if you prefer, and connect it to the LCD monitor in the office. The house also has high speed internet included without extra charge. If you are driving, there is a large garage included which opens to the street in front of the house. Guest access Most of the house, except a storage room upstairs near the office. Other things to note The house is not in down town (about 20~30mn away) so having a car will make things much easier. While there is a market and small stores in Zanguera, for your purchases you can also go to Adidogome markets or supermarkets in Adidogome (such as Champion), which is just 5km away. The house has a video surveillance system which is controlled from the office at second floor Electricity is included for usage up to 600 KWH/month (or 20KWH/day if less than a month). If this limit is exceeded, additional fees will be charged to the guest and will need to be paid locally (in FCFA) A washing machine is available for guests. Please note that frequent use of the washing machine will increase your electricity usage.
