Townhouse in Philadelphia

Newer construction on low-traffic street in a hip and bustling neighborhood! Super convenient to all that Philadelphia has to offer! Close to Center City, the Schuylkill Banks Boardwalk & River Trail, and loads of bars, restaurants, and site-seeing! I-76 is less than 5 mins away, and gets you to the airport or Sports Complex in no time! Parking is also fairly abundant in the neighborhood, which is a rarity! Please note there are 2 very friendly cats on the premises. Read on for more details! The space The lower level space sleeps 4, and includes a good sized private living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a large wall-mounted TV with Netflix and Sling. The bathroom is for your use only, and has a large walk-in shower and plenty of towels. There is a separate, lockable bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, closet, dresser, and desk at your disposal! The space also includes a snacking station with dishes, utensils, coffee machines (both traditional and Keurig), electric kettle, and tiny tabletop fridge, as well as a few bonus snacks. The laundry room is also on this floor and will be fully available to you, including detergent and supplies. IMPORTANT: Because there is a cat litterbox (inside a cabinet) in the adjacent laundry room, I will have to enter the space to pass through the living room area 1-2 times per day to clean it out. I will be as brief as possible, and will NOT enter the bedroom or bathroom areas. PLEASE NOTE: While guests are always welcome to use the microwave or the refrigerator (for storage or filtered water), full use of the kitchen (2 floors up) should be pre-arranged, as it is not included as part of the existing cleaning fee, and will result in an additional charge. Guest access Guests enter first level through the front door (via keypad). The listed space is straight back, down one flight of stairs and will be only yours for the duration of your stay. During your stay I travel often and may or may not be available in person during your stay. However, I will almost always be able to be contacted easily, or have an alternate contact in place, should you have any trouble! My two very friendly cats, Frank and Finn, will almost certainly want to come and say hi, so if you are not a cat person, this is probably not the right space for you! please see additional note under the Property section regarding my need to access the laundry room occasionally for cat care. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Two very friendly cats live here! This is my primary residence, and while I travel often, there may be instances where I am home for all or part of your stay. In this case, my cats, Frank and Finn, will also be in the house, and will almost certainly want to come say hello. Frank, in particular, can be somewhat relentless when it comes to making a new friend, so if you are allergic to cats, or just don't like them, this space might not be the right fit for you! If you would like to know in advance if the cats (and I) will be around during the dates of your proposed stay, please don't hesitate to ask. I should mention that you would never be expected or asked to care for them in any way! Please note that the living room area is accessed directly from the stairs (i.e. It is not behind a separate or lockable door). However, the bedroom door locks from both sides and you will be provided with with a key, so that you may secure your belongings while away from the space! An advance security deposit is not required. However, please be aware that anything in the home that is broken, damaged, stained, etc. during your stay, that can not be returned to its original state without cost, may result in additional fees.
