Spacious 150 m2 family house I 2 private parking spaces I open garden in front and enclosed garden behind the house. Peaceful environment, very quiet on the edge of the forest. Place of relaxation and sightseeing in a very beautiful region (Paris 60 km, Senlis, Compiègne, Pierrefonds, Chantilly, Asterix etc.) Fireplace, Ping Pong, foosball, games, books, barbecue etc. Excluding holidays and if possible late checkout on Sunday (upon request) Linens & towels provided I Evenings and events not allowed The space Warning: Following an incident, the fireplace is currently being renovated. Old stone house (Priory) dating from the early 17th century, completely renovated in 2016. Very quiet environment on the edge of the forest not overlooking a road (house located at the end of a cul-de-sac). Moncel Abbey located at the entrance of our village is 4 km away. Depending on the period, stays are at least 2, 3 or 4 nights, which explains why the house may not be available for 1 night (check availability on the calendar). Outdoors: Enclosed parish priest's garden in the back of the house. Open garden in front of the house. Sun loungers, garden table, ladder to climb trees, swing, soccer cage, barbecue and ping pong Private parking in front of the house to accommodate 2-3 cars Indoors: On the ground floor: Very large living room with open kitchen (about 55m2) and fireplace Spacious and very well equipped kitchen (more than 15m2) Upstairs: Right staircase: Spacious bedroom (30m2) with bathroom (bathtub) and WC I Left staircase: 2 bedrooms with double bed and one shared bathroom (shower and toilet).
