The space The space is a high level multi story apartment complex located in the sought after area of Moonee Ponds an inner suburb of Melbourne. Construction was completed in late 2020. A large balcony with outdoor seating and views out to the eastern suburbs and Moonee Valley Racecourse Guest access Guests will have access to 'Club Rise' during the hours of 6AM - 10PM. Club Rise includes - Spa, Gym, Steam Room, Sauna, 20M Indoor Pool. 7 Days a week. These amenities are to be accessed by those on the booking ONLY. No lifeguard is on duty and use of these facilities is at your own risk. We accept NO liability for any accidents or injuries sustained during use of these facilities. Guests found using these facilities with people other than those listed on their booking will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. Guests can access an underground carpark if required. Please see below for further info RE Parking. Other things to note *** Our rooms are set out to accommodate X2 Adults per room with a total of 4 Adults in the apartment. We can accommodate additional persons on a blow up QS mattress at a cost of $200 per night per person. Please note, the QS mattress will be in the main bedroom due to space limitations. We are unable to accommodate small children unless their own cot and highchair are provided by you *** Our underground carpark is shared by X4 Apartment Towers. We will be required to send you a video on how to access the underground parking complex. It will be your responsibility to ensure you can access this on your mobile device without mobile coverage. There is NO Mobile coverage with ANY provider in the underground carpark. We accept Pets (Dogs Only) Please ensure the Pet option is selected during your booking process Please take note of the booking option you select during the booking process.
