Our one bedroom apartment is located on the second floor with a view into our patio with a lot of natural light. Right in the center of town -- three blocks/5-minute walk from the main waterfront and a 3-minute walk to the farmer's market and affordable food court. This fully-furnished apartment includes a stocked kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, etc.), dining/living room, separate bedroom and bath. The space The apartment has one queen size bed and one twin sofa bed in a private bedroom. One twin sofa bed in the main living area provide additional sleeping capacity for families and larger travel groups. The fully-stocked kitchen enables you to save money cooking a few of your own meals so as to spend funds on island tours. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment via a private entrance with an electronic door lock. Other things to note Once you make a booking, we will send you a 30-page Welcome Guide .pdf, which we created to provide our guests with tips on island excursions (land and marine), weather and packing suggestions, local history, check-in instructions, and more. NOTE: Reservations longer than 10 days require cleaning every 6 days. The guest is responsible for the $30 cleaning fee. Extra charges will be made if the apartment is left extremely dirty or if there is damage or missing items. NOTE: Reservations for 10 days or more require cleaning every 6 days.
