Welcome to our family's peaceful "up North" lake house in beautiful Cheboygan, MI. The house sits on a quiet, dead end street with views of Lake Huron and Bois Blanc Island. Quick drive to downtown Cheboygan for restaurants, brewery, and shopping. We're only a 15 minute drive to the Mackinac Island ferry and an easy distance to other Northern Michigan attractions including Mullet Lake, Burt Lake, Gaylord, Petoskey, and more. Wake up each morning to Lake Huron views with an enormous picture window in the main living room overlooking the lake. House also includes a covered front porch and a large side deck on the front of the house facing the water. We have three bedrooms plus a bonus room/den that can sleep additional guests as needed. Two separate areas for hanging out plus a dining area and open kitchen allow for families to spread out and relax. Bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house from the den and TV making it easy for groups with varying bedtimes. The home is stocked with amenities to make family travel easy, including books, games, beach toys, white noise machines, plus a crib and a pack-and-play. There are also two desks for remote work or homework. House sits on one acre of woods with a small trail -- perfect for playing and exploring. House has Wifi plus a TV set up with streaming services (Disney+, Netflix, etc). Guests will have full access to the house and garage while renting I won't be available in person but I am very accessible through the Airbnb app! I'm just a message or phone call away. Located in a quiet, dead end street that runs along the lake. Expect to see friendly neighbors out walking their dogs and enjoying the lake breezes. House has beautiful lake views but is not waterfront. The lot with beach access across the street is private property. Guests will have access to washer/dryer but there is no dishwasher at this time.
