AstroDomos Calafquén Glamping / Cygnus

Dome room for 2 or 3 people. If you like camping, but want to do it with more comfort, our Glamping is your best option. We are on the slopes of Cerro Trelehueno and Cerro Diuco, overlooking the cone of the Villarrica volcano and Lake Calafquén. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and wake up to a privileged view. There are trekking trails nearby and we are on the best thermal route in Chile (Termas Geométricas, Termas Vergara). You can also visit Villarrica National Park. The space Enjoy the comfort of a room together with the unique elements that camping in contact with nature offers you. The Dome Room is for 2 people, maximum 3. It is equipped with electrical outlets, a minibar, a double bed, a futon (sofa bed), wood heating, a coffee table next to the panoramic window and two chairs. The dome room has a BOSCA slow-burning stove with a complimentary load of firewood. If you require more firewood for your stay, you can buy firewood by the bag in the village🪵, or we can provide you with extra firewood on an exceptional basis. During the summer there may be occasional noises from nearby construction work and high temperatures inside the dome. Consider that it is a giant tent, so it is good to look for outdoor activities during hot days or enjoy our shaded areas. In winter, you may encounter storms or snow and very low temperatures, so it is advisable to bring extra warm clothing for the coldest nights or even a sleeping bag. Let's live the adventure! Guest access Outdoor sink (for pots, dishes), cooking table, stove, electric kettle. If you like, you can take your chair and set it up in the part of our plot that you like the most to read a book, have tea or sunbathe with a lake view. Other things to note The domes are located on the slopes of a hill. Guests will have to walk up a small hill. The bathrooms and cooking area are located outside, 3 meters from the dome.
