The third bonus room is downstairs and offers 2 twin over full bunks. There is a stack washer/dryer also located downstairs in the entry. Makes a great vacation spot for larger families when you rent both homes. Guest access Full access to the home and parking area will fit two vehicles plus we provide a remote. Must check in and out through Cheshire Rio Property Management office located next door, please message us if you plan on arriving after hours. Other things to note We will supply a starter pack of paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies; plenty of supplies for a long weekend. Please be sure to bring extra paper products with you for extended stays, also single use plastic toiletries are banned from Santa Cruz County and we are trying to cut back on high touch surfaces between guest. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED, except in designated properties.
