The space Salinitas Villa is located within a gated community "Residecial Salinitas" in Sonsonate. The community features sport courts, private security, and multiple beach access entries. The property features a 3-bedroom house plus a 1-bedroom pool house (sepárate charge) There is a pool with a slide, a bar-be-que, and 5-car paved driveway. The main house has 3 bedrooms with full bathrooms each , new air-conditioner, 2 queen-sized beds each (the Master bedroom has 2 queen bed and can have extra bedding upon request). The are 4.5 bathrooms total, 1 full kitchen, dinning room, and a huge high-ceiling living room with cable television and wireless Internet. The Poolhouse is a 2 story structure with a bedroom and balcony on the second floor. It has 1 full size bed, 1 twin size bed, and a full bathroom. The bottom floor is an open space with hammocks and an outdoor eating area. If you are like me, you will enjoy the variety of fruit trees on the property, including mangoes, coconuts, guavas, and almonds. There is plenty of room for play and the property is well lit to have fun far into the night.
