Awestruck is not nearly enough to describe what you feel when you see our 1905 Colonial revival home. We have worked tirelessly to restore this home to its original charm. The main rental unit is a private restored two bedroom Carriage house that is fully air conditioned with an open floor plan. We are less than 1 mile from town but still enjoy watching deer families and wild turkeys cross our property. It truly is a home away from home and a clean comfortable place to relax in. The space *Deep cleaned after each guest leaves according to Airbnb guidelines. The fully air conditioned cottage has been restored from the ground up with hardwood floors, new appliances with a gas stove and fully functional kitchen with a pantry. One bath with shower and a linen closet with ample supplies. We have two separate bedrooms,one has a queen bed and the other has a full size. both bedrooms have a full closet and small dresser. Comfy couches where you can relax with your friends and family while enjoying a big screen TV. and electric fireplace. We have an open floor plan with lots of natural light, all windows have pull down shades. The perfect place to stay while you explore our Historic town. Guest access Our guests are welcome to use the deck to kick back enjoy the evening and have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and stargaze. There is also a small sitting area in front of the cottage to enjoy. Other things to note We are only one mile from I -5 freeway, and close to town. If you like a good walk down tree lined Streets we are approximately 4 1/2 blocks from historic downtown. We are also Within walking distance to Cathedral Hills a popular place our visiting hikers.
