Listing our private home for use for Graduation for a family or families. Note this is just for the top floor of the home. It is a 3 bedroom with a King bed, Queen bed, and full bed in three respective rooms. There are also two couches in the home and ample space for air mattresses if necessary. Note that there will be other people downstairs but they have their own entrance. This home is 1 mile from main street and 1.5 miles to Cassell Coliseum. The space 3 bedroom ranch home, living room, dining room, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and a large play room and deck with a grill are all accesible. The space is clean, simple, and very functional for a weekend stay for graduation. Guest access Kitchen, living room, dining and sitting room, back deck, front and back yard, hallway bathroom with tub, half bath in master room! WiFi. Other things to note We will be out of your way during your stay in our main floor. This is the main floor of the ranch home, not technically the entire home, but the floor below is completely separate. We may be in the floor below or we may be out of town. We have an attached but separate apartment with typically two tenants in that space.
