The space Lost Key Golf and Beach Resort is located directly on the Arnold Palmer golf course and is a Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary. Our condo has water views of Old River and Perdido Bay, but my favorite feature is the AMAZING sunsets. Enjoy the views from our screened in balcony. It contains all the amenities necessary for a short or extended stay. Our resort features two pools (one heated), hot tub, gym, tennis and pickle ball courts and a seating area with BBQ grills by the pool! Our condo is located next to the main pool, gym, plus there is a free shuttle service to the Private Beach Club. We provide a fully equipped kitchen. Beautifully maintained and decorated with Tommy Bahama-type and coastal furnishings, our 2 bedroom, 1 bonus room and 2 bath condo is located on the 4th floor and provides comfortable living space for 6 guests during your stay. Upon entering the great room, you are immediately welcomed with the abundant natural lighting from floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the Arnold Palmer golf course, Old River and Perdido Bay from the dining area. The patio features Adirondack chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Returning through the sliding glass doors you will find yourself in the great room which features comfortable living room seating, a new 65-inch smart TV, and a dining table. The large kitchen opens up to the great room, has an enormous bar area with seating. The master bedroom has an attached en-suite bathroom. You can enjoy the large walk-in shower with new removable shower heads, double vanities, and a toilet closet after a day on the beach or round of golf. The bedroom also has abundant natural lighting from a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door that leads to the balcony. The large room features a king-sized bed, comfortable bedding, walk-in closet, and a 44-inch 4K smart TV with cable. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, comfortable bedding, plenty of storage space, a 44- inch Roku TV. The master suite will allow you to relax after a round of golf or day at the beach. The bonus room features a secretary/desk that can be used to surf the Internet and a trundle day bed, if you want to bring the kids or escape and read. The room also comes with cards, puzzles, games, and a 32-inch smart TV. Each room has a furniture to unpack your clothes or a bench to lay your suitcases on for easy access. Additionally, upon request, we offer a pack n' play (we do not provide crib sheets) and a highchair if you decide to bring your little one along! Our condo provides the perfect retreat after a long day of fun in the sun! Guest access During your stay you will have access to the Beach Club, giving you access to the best beach anywhere! The club is approximately 5,000 square foot, open-air beach amenity is available exclusively for Lost Key Residents & Renters. The Club offers seasonal beach service, a swimming pool w/ beachfront access, locker rooms w/ shower facilities, drinks and a small menu. Complimentary shuttles are provided on a seasonal schedule. We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental & access with a lock code. Prior to your visit we will send you your access codes. Parking. Our unit has one assigned parking space right next to the front of the building. There are visitors parking on a first come basis. Please plan accordingly. All vehicles will need to enter near the guard gate and receive a pass for your entire stay. We will ensure the gate guard has been notified that you will be arriving. For our safety & yours all cleanings will include sanitizing high touch surfaces, handles, & all linen surfaces. The number of people in your group will be verified by the security gate. This will be strictly enforced as per HOA policy. *Per Lost Key Owners Association: No unit may be leased or rented to a person who has not attained the age of twenty-five (25) years. The booking guest must be 25 or older and reside in the unit for the duration of the booked stay. Identification will be verified prior to check-in. *NO boats, trailers, RVs, scooters, or golf carts are allowed to park in the parking lot. No parties, events, or smoking of any kind. We can provide you options of places to store your boat or RV if you would like to bring it. Evidence of violation of the smoking policy will result in additional cleaning fees. *Per Lost Key HOA, guests are not allowed to have pets on resort property. Therefore, we cannot make exceptions for pets. You can do a filtered search for “pet-friendly” properties. *We HIGHLY recommend you purchase trip insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, especially if your reservation will be during hurricane season.
