The house features three queen beds—one in one bedroom and two in the other—and two televisions (one in the second bedroom and another in the living room). The yard is fully enclosed, making it suitable if you are bringing a pet. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a large washer and dryer. There is also a very peaceful, screened-in back patio where you can read and watch the birds arrive. Please note that the garage is not available. The space The neighbors are very quiet and it’s a good neighborhood; we’ve never heard of any problems. There are shops and gas stations nearby, and the beaches are just 10 minutes away. I recommend visiting Tarpon Springs—it’s a Greek town with a lot of history. Guest access The entire house excluding the garage. Other things to note No smoking of any kind inside the home and no parties permitted.
