Guest access At the Kolibrie Spot you can access the Loft, the Terrace and the rooms downstairs by using outside stairs. From the driveway you need to use the first set of 9 steps which measure 0.91 cms by 0.91 cms (36 inches by 36 inches), followed by 4 short steps. When you are at the middle level you need to utilize one more flight of stairs consisting of 9 steps 0.91 cms (36 inches) by 0.61 cms (24 inches) wide, to go to the rooms downstairs as seen in the pictures.
