Other things to note We care about using energy and water responsibly, which is why these are billed separately. Energy use in the apartment (air conditioning, fridge, and other appliances) is usually low, averaging around USD 75 per apartment per week. The final amount will be based on actual meter readings. A security deposit of USD 250 is kindly requested at check-in. This deposit serves as protection against any damage and also covers electricity and water usage. It helps us keep the apartment in perfect condition, so you can relax and fully enjoy your time in comfort and tranquility.
