This 3000sqft home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and is very comfortable for family & friends to enjoy together when away on vacation with a beautiful pool, a spa and beautiful views! Also enjoy outdoor fire pit and in the garage a pool table, ping pong & air hockey. The pool cannot be heated, only has a solar heater & only efficient in warm sunny weather. The hot tub is always at 100 degree’s & you can turn up higher or lower. This home is all yours & private for you when renting! Guests are able to access everything on the property except for 2 closets owners have locked with their personal items. We will leave you alone unless you need us!! Feel free to call if any questions or concerns otherwise property is all yours except for the regular Pool & Landscaping Service that comes on weekly basis. We do not allow any events or weddings at this property. This property is ideal for 8 people but can sleep up to 10. Guest access Guests are able to access everything on the property except for 2 closets owners have locked with their personal items. We do not allow for you to invite additional day guests for parties, events or BBQ’s. Guest renting must be over the age of 27. Max amount of cars parked at the home is 8. We are a permitted vacation rental in Riverside County that follows all Good Neighbor Rules. Do not rent this home if your group will be loud. No loud music or talking or anything is allowed between 10:00pm - 8:00am. This rule is strictly enforced. If neighbors call due to guests being disrespectful or County Compliance contacts us that there are too many cars or too loud there is a $500 fine and the stay will be automatically ended without any refund. We do limit the AC to go no lower than 74 degrees, if you would like to go lower we can do for an additional fee. Thank-you for cooperation!
