The space Glicine is an independent guest apartment on the ground floor, housed in a Marche farmhouse. Thanks to the recent and complete renovation carried out according to strict anti-seismic standards and the careful choice of furnishings, the recovery of the old and the preservation of the charm of tradition has been guaranteed, maintaining the typical style of the area with bricks, exposed beams and terracotta tiles. Bright, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy an independent holiday, it is a studio apartment of about 50 square meters. It consists of a kitchen area complete with a refrigerator, oven, induction hobs, dining table, chairs and kitchen utensils; a sleeping area with a king-size bed (180x200), a two-door wardrobe and bedside tables; a 2-seater sofa bed with a fixed single bed and a second pull-out bed; a hallway with shelves and a hanging rail from which you can access the private bathroom with a toilet, bidet and large masonry shower. A patio in front of the apartment is at your disposal with a table, chairs and deckchairs, so you can have lunch or dinner while admiring the gentle landscape of the hills or the starry sky. Guest access Poggio delle Lavande is located in a quiet position in the hills just outside the small village of Montelupone. You will find a large parking lot and large cozy spaces in the greenery, equipped with a shower and relaxation area, to enjoy outdoor life, rest or sunbathe in peace. A masonry barbecue area is available. Other things to note You will find bed linen, bathroom and kitchen, cleaning products, mosquito nets, fan, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, kitchen utensils. The apartment is equipped with hot water powered by solar thermal and heat pump, photovoltaic system to supplement domestic energy.
