Close to Algarrobo beaches, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants even inside the condominium. The space If you're a foodie, we have all the implements so you can cook yourself. For shopping, we recommend the supermarkets in the sector and the fishermen's coves of Algarrobo and El Quisco, which always have fresh products. Guest access Guests have free access to the Lagoon, Condominium Pools (subject to availability), children's play areas, soccer field, and common areas. The gym and outdoor Jacuzzi are paid for separately in the same facilities. We have 1 parking space. Other things to note I. USE OF LAGUNA BAHÍA COMPLEX FACILITIES IN TRANSITION PHASE (PHASE 2) • Community spaces: Community spaces such as: swimming pools, gym, lagoon, tennis courts, multi-court, soccer fields and laundry, will remain open from Monday to Friday (SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS CLOSED), with the following hours: SWIMMING POOLS: Admission to the swimming pools will be on a first-come, first-served basis. This way, people who really want to use the swimming pools can do so, as long as there is availability according to the maximum capacity. The schedules will be as follows: Daytime ➢ hours: From 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM ➢ Cleaning and Sanitization: From 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM (In this block the beach and pool sector will remain closed) Evening ➢ Hours A: From 2:45 PM to 4:45 PM. ➢ Evening Schedule B: From 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Note: The maximum capacity for each pool will be as follows: East Pool: 120 people West Pool: 47 people LAGOON: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM until sunset on the horizon. (SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS CLOSED) GYM: Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm. (CLOSED SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS) Access to the gym is on a first-come, first-served basis, considering the established capacity. TENNIS COURTS: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm. (SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS CLOSED) MULTIPURPOSE COURT AND SOCCER FIELD: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm.
